These Terms govern your use of BillFresh, the AI receipt tracking platform operated by BillFresh Labs Limited ("BillFresh", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use BillFresh. Business accounts must be created by an authorised representative of the entity.
2. Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure. Don't share passwords.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@billfresh.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use BillFresh for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Upload content you don't own or have rights to.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the service.
- Resell or sublicense BillFresh without written permission.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Free plans are provided as-is with the limits stated on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- You can cancel any time — monthly plans cancel immediately, annual plans refund pro-rata.
- Receipt Bundles are non-refundable but never expire.
5. AI & OCR output
BillFresh's AI is designed to assist, not replace, professional judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all extracted fields. We do our best to ensure 98.7%+ accuracy on supported receipt types, but cannot guarantee zero errors.
6. Intellectual property
BillFresh and its underlying technology are owned by BillFresh Labs Limited. You retain all rights to your receipt data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can terminate at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upon termination, we will export or delete your data within 30 days at your request.
8. Disclaimers & liability
BillFresh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
